Born and raised in the vibrant heart of the greater Knoxville community, Sandra Lynn Chamberlain’s story is inseparable from the warmth and resilience of her Tennessee heritage. Now in her fabulous forties, she has spent a lifetime observing the intersection of the human experience and the divine. Sandra’s deepest credentials weren't earned in a classroom, but at the bedside of those she loved most. Her journey as a witness to the transition between worlds began in childhood, where she experienced the illness and loss of her brother at a very young age. This early encounter with the fragility of life became a lifelong apprenticeship in empathy and spiritual strength.

Later, as a primary caregiver for both of her parents through their final illnesses, she walked beside them until their very last breaths. These sacred, heavy moments of transition became the heart of her first book, How to Heal Through Grief. By witnessing the thin veil between life and death from such a young age, Sandra became an alchemist—learning how to transmute the lead of loss into the gold of spiritual peace. This lifetime of experience informs her work as a Grief Recovery and Trauma-Informed Coach, allowing her to hold a lantern for others navigating their darkest nights.

The "Watch" continued with the birth of her son, Theseus, a Short Bowel Syndrome survivor. Navigating his medical journey—managing TPN, a Broviac line, a g-tube, and the constant rhythm of home medical care—Sandra didn't just learn about resilience; she embodied it. This lived experience is the bedrock of her expertise as an Energy Protection and Boundaries Practitioner. She knows that when life is heavy, your "Guarded Spirit" is your greatest asset. Her upcoming book documenting Theseus’s journey will serve as a lighthouse for other medical parents finding their way through the storm.

As a Sentinel, Sandra watches over the next generation with the same intensity she brings to her ministry. As a homeschooling mother, she empowers her youngest daughter, Callie, to chase her enduring passion for equine care and medicine. Whether cheering through the finish lines of Girls on the Run 5Ks or standing as a vocal Anti-Bullying Advocate, Sandra’s work is grounded in a simple belief: we are only as strong as the flock we fly with.
