The Guarded Spirit - Advocacy in Action
Since 2023, I have stood as a dedicated advocate for the Anti-Bullying Alliance, a global coalition committed to fostering cultures of respect and inclusion. This partnership is a natural extension of my work in Energy Protection and Boundaries; it is my belief that every individual has the inherent right to feel safe, respected, and empowered to thrive.
Every November during Anti-Bullying Week, I utilize my platform to champion the safety of young people, bridging the gap between global strategies and local impact. By fostering empathy and standing against the shadows of bullying, I strive to create a sanctuary where every soul is protected and every voice is heard. Together, we are building a future where kindness is the standard and our community is a safe harbor for all.
Resilience in Motion - Girls on the Run
Empowerment is an active verb. For years, I have stood as a proud supporter and cheerleader for Girls on the Run. Girls on the Run is more than an afterschool program; it is a training ground for confidence. By blending physical activity with vital life skills, it empowers young girls to navigate life’s challenges with strength and grace. Participating in local 5Ks isn't just about the finish line; it’s about the confidence, health, and resilience built with every step.
I’ve seen firsthand how these programs teach girls to find their own frequency and run toward their boundless potential. My youngest daughter and I spent two years immersed in this vibrant community, a journey that culminated in the exhilarating pride of the 5K finish line. Crossing that line hand-in-hand was a celebration of empowerment and the unbreakable bond forged with every step. I wholeheartedly believe reaching a personal milestone is a sacred victory, and I am proud to support the resilient leaders of tomorrow.

A Sentinel watches over the passions of the next generation. My mission is anchored in supporting my daughter. Currently, she is following her calling toward equine medicine.
Several days per week, Callie immerses herself in the life of Silver Rose Equestrian Center, a local and trusted horse farm. Here, her passion meets the paddock. Through dedicated volunteer work, camps, and youth programs, she is mastering the discipline, care, and connection required to work with these majestic creatures—a journey of dedication we are proud to champion. I believe that honoring the bond between human and animals is a sacred bridge to understanding our place in the natural world.
