At The Karmic Crow, we provide both "Physical Earth" provisions and "Digital Ether" services. To maintain the Scriptorium's energetic integrity and operational excellence, we adhere to the following strict exchange policies.

 

1. Digital Provisions (Magazines, Courses, Downloads)

• Digital Products: Due to the instant nature of digital access, all sales for digital magazines (WE, Kickin' Up Dirt, The Sovereign Scribe), PDF guides, and pre-recorded Crow Academy courses are final and non-refundable.

• The Digital Vault: Access is granted immediately upon payment. No partial refunds or pro-rated credits are issued for mid-month cancellations.

 

2. Physical Provisions (Printed Magazines, Blessing Boxes, Pantry)

• The Quarterly Magazines: Our printed publications are made-to-order for each subscriber. We do not accept returns or exchanges. If a magazine arrives damaged, please submit a photo to the Scriptorium within 7 days of delivery to receive a replacement.

• The Alchemist’s Blessing Box: Once a box has been ritually prepared and dispatched, it is non-refundable.

• Alchemist's Pantry Items: All sales of apparel, ritual tools, oils, and physical goods are final.

 

3. Private Services (Coaching & Sentinel Audits)

• Individual Sessions: We require at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule any private coaching session or Sentinel Audit. Sessions canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice are forfeited without refund.

• No-Roll-Over Policy: Subscription-based credits (such as the Monthly Sentinel Audit included in high-tier plans) must be utilized within the current billing cycle. These credits do not roll over to the next month, as they honor the specific frequency of the present cycle.

• Group Events: All sales for live webinars, group rituals, retreats, and in-person classes are final. Due to limited seating and advanced preparation, no refunds are provided for non-attendance.

 

4. Financial Rhythms & Subscriptions

• Automatic Charges: By enrolling in a Scriptorium Subscription (Monthly or Quarterly), you authorize automatic recurring charges to your provided payment method. These charges continue at the specified interval until you manually dissolve the subscription or the timeframe completes.

• One-Time Fees: Fees for "Physical Earth" ceremonies (weddings/rites) or one-off pantry purchases are non-recurring and do not auto-renew.

• Declined Signals: Access to the Academy and Digital Vault is suspended immediately if a payment is declined. The purchaser is responsible for any fees associated with chargebacks or payment recovery.

 

5. Dissolving a Subscription

You maintain full sovereignty over your commitments. You may dissolve your subscription at any time via your Member Portal. To avoid the next automated recurring charge, you must cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled renewal date.

6. Changes to the Accord

We reserve the right to amend this Accord at any time. Updates will be posted directly to this Website and are effective immediately upon posting.
