1. The Nature of the Work: Professional Boundaries

Sandra Lynn Chamberlain acts as a Guide, Sentinel, and Certified Professional Life & Spiritual Coach.

• Clinical Disclaimer: We are not licensed psychologists, medical doctors, or financial advisors. All transmissions—including coaching, mentorship, and advocacy—are intended for educational, inspirational, and spiritual exploration. Our offerings are not designed to serve as mental health treatments and do not replace professional healthcare services.

• Entertainment Disclosure: In accordance with legal requirements, all intuitive and spiritual services (including Tarot and "Sentinel’s Sight" audits) are classified for entertainment purposes.

• Sovereignty: You remain the ultimate authority of your own life. We provide the mirror and the strategy; you provide the movement and the choice.

 

2. Financial Rhythms & Automatic Renewal

• Recurring Subscriptions: By enrolling in a Scriptorium Subscription (Monthly or Quarterly), you authorize automatic recurring charges to your provided payment method. These charges continue until the subscription term completes or you manually dissolve the connection via your Member Portal.

• One-Time Exchanges: Fees for one-time rites, physical pantry items, or individual audits are non-recurring and do not create future obligations.

• Declined Signals: Access to the Digital Vault, Academy, and services is suspended immediately upon a declined payment. You are responsible for any fees associated with chargebacks, payment recovery, or related collection efforts.

 

3. Privacy, Confidentiality & The Recorded Ether

Your journey is held in sacred trust. However, the Scriptorium is also a place of communal learning and archival recording.

• Private Transmissions: All 1-on-1 Sentinel Audits and private coaching sessions are strictly confidential and are never shared or disclosed without your explicit, written consent.

• Anonymized Wisdom: We may share generalized, non-identifiable experiences for educational or business purposes only with your implied consent through the coaching relationship.

• In-Person & Group Events: By participating in any in-person session, class, retreat, or group ritual, you acknowledge and agree that the environment may be photographed, audio-recorded, and/or video-recorded.

• Media Release: Your presence at these events constitutes your consent to be captured in media. These materials may be used by The Karmic Crow Media House for future archival reference, educational curriculum, editorial content in our publications (WE, Kickin’ Up Dirt, The Sovereign Scribe), or marketing purposes.

• Sovereign Boundaries: If you have specific safety or privacy concerns regarding your likeness, you must notify the Sentinel in writing prior to the start of the event. While we strive to honor these boundaries, we cannot guarantee complete exclusion from group background captures during live event documentation.

 

4. Diversity & Inclusion

We hold diversity and inclusion in the highest regard. We commit to providing equitable, ethical, and respectful treatment to all individuals regardless of appearance, beliefs, affiliations, or identity. We reserve the right to decline or terminate services if professional boundaries are violated or if safety threats are perceived.

 

5. Limitations of Liability & No Warranty

The Scriptorium and its provisions are provided "AS IS." We disclaim all liability for any damage, injury, or perceived loss resulting from the use, misuse, or non-use of our content.

• No Guarantees: Success depends on your personal efforts, commitment, and unique factors beyond our control. We offer no guarantees of specific outcomes or future results based on previous performance.

• Accuracy: While we strive for high-signal accuracy, spiritual practices are ever-evolving. We disclaim liability for inaccuracies that may arise over time.

 

6. Changes to the Accord

We reserve the right to amend this Accord at any time. Updates will be posted directly to this Website and are effective immediately upon posting.

7. Intellectual Property & Archival Rights

All imagery, logos, video, audio, and written transmissions within Scriptorium (this website and social media accounts) are the exclusive intellectual property of Sandra Lynn Chamberlain (the Sentinel) and The Karmic Crow. Unauthorized download, reproduction, or distribution of these assets is a violation of the Scriptorium Accord and subject to legal reclamation.
