It's difficult to face yourself in the mirror. It requires a certain level of acceptance and willingness to drop your ego and be honest with yourself. We are all both light and dark. We all have many sides to us. Some sides we let the whole world see, others we only allow those close to us to see, and then there are some that we keep hidden. To truly align with ourself, we have to find a way to balance all aspects of who we are and be willing to get rid of all the parts that do not serve our greater good.
